Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member") and wso38 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must immediately cease using the wso38 platform and close your account.
Clause 01
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned below. Where the context permits, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

Clause 02
Eligibility
Access to and use of the wso38 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their membership:
- You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. wso38 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement in accordance with responsible gaming principles and applicable community standards.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws and regulations applicable to your jurisdiction.
- You must not be a current or former employee, director, contractor, or close associate of wso38 or any of its affiliated entities.
- You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited by local legislation or where wso38 has elected not to operate.
- You must not be self-excluded from the Platform or any affiliated gambling platform at the time of registration or during active membership.
Age Restriction: Registration by or on behalf of any person under 21 years of age is strictly forbidden. wso38 employs mandatory age verification procedures and reserves the right to suspend any account pending confirmation of age. Winnings accrued on an account registered in breach of this clause may be voided.
wso38 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage of the Member relationship, including at the point of withdrawal. Provision of false information regarding eligibility constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Clause 03
Account Registration
To participate in any product offered by wso38, you must first create an account. The following conditions apply to the account registration process and ongoing account management:
3.1 Single Account Policy: Each individual may register only one account on the Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, wso38 reserves the right to suspend all related accounts, void any pending wagers, and retain funds pending investigation.
3.2 Accuracy of Information: You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian national identity number (NIK), valid email address, and active mobile phone number. wso38 will not be liable for any losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the Member.
3.3 Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. wso38 will not be held liable for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You must notify wso38 support immediately at
[email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3.4 Account Closure: wso38 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, or any conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or its other members.
Clause 04
Identity Verification (KYC)
wso38 is committed to operating a secure, transparent, and responsible platform. As part of this commitment, all Members are required to complete a KYC verification process prior to processing their first withdrawal, and at any point thereafter where wso38 deems additional verification necessary.
The following documentation may be requested during the KYC process:
- Government-issued photo identification: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or valid passport.
- Proof of address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months, showing your name and residential address in Indonesia.
- Proof of payment method: A screenshot or copy of the bank account or e-wallet registered to your account, confirming ownership.
- Source of funds documentation: In certain cases, wso38 may request evidence of the source of funds deposited into your account in order to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.
wso38 will process KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe, typically within two business days of submission. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. wso38 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on account funds during the verification process.
Clause 05
Deposits
wso38 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms apply to all deposit transactions:
5.1 Accepted Channels: Deposits may be made via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Additional channels may be added or removed at wso38's discretion with reasonable prior notice to Members.
5.2 Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed and funds will be returned to the originating account.
5.3 Processing Times: Deposits via local bank transfer and e-wallet channels are typically confirmed within five minutes during normal banking hours (08:00–21:00 WIB). Delays outside these hours or during scheduled bank maintenance periods may extend processing times.
5.4 Deposit Ownership: All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be voided and returned to the source account.
5.5 No Deposit Fees: wso38 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply transfer fees in accordance with their own fee schedule; such fees are your sole responsibility.
Clause 06
Withdrawals
The following terms apply to all withdrawal requests submitted by Members of the wso38 platform:
6.1 Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction.
6.2 Withdrawal to Registered Account Only: All withdrawals will be processed exclusively to the bank account or e-wallet registered and verified in the Member's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts will not be processed under any circumstances.
6.3 Processing Times: Withdrawal requests submitted during banking hours (08:00–21:00 WIB, Monday to Saturday) are typically processed within five to fifteen minutes of approval. Requests submitted outside banking hours will be queued and processed at the next available processing window.
6.4 KYC Requirement: All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of the KYC process described in Clause 4. wso38 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending satisfactory KYC completion.
6.5 Withdrawal Verification: wso38 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests at its sole discretion. These checks may temporarily delay processing; the Member will be notified where such a delay is expected to exceed 24 hours.
6.6 Wagering Requirements: Where a Member's account balance includes active Bonus Funds subject to wagering requirements, the applicable wagering requirement must be met in full before the associated funds may be withdrawn. Real-money deposits are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to the conditions in this clause.
Clause 07
Bonuses & Promotions
wso38 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual offer:
- Each Member is entitled to claim each promotional offer a maximum of once, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
- Bonus offers are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
- wso38 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
- Where a wagering requirement is stated (e.g., "20x bonus amount"), the Member must wager an amount equal to the bonus multiplied by the stated requirement before any portion of the bonus balance may be withdrawn.
- Games may contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Sports betting typically contributes 100%; slots contribute as specified per offer; live dealer games and togel markets may contribute at a reduced rate — consult the specific offer terms for details.
- Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to match-betting, exploitation of offer terms, use of multiple accounts, or collusion with other Members — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account closure.
Specific wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and eligible games for each promotion are published on the relevant promotion page. Members are advised to read all promotion-specific terms before claiming any bonus offer.
Clause 08
Betting & Gaming Rules
The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the wso38 platform. Product-specific rules (sportsbook, live casino, togel, slots) are published in the relevant section of the Platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions.
8.1 Bet Confirmation: A wager is not confirmed until a unique bet reference number has been issued to the Member. Wagers that do not generate a reference number are not considered valid, regardless of any balance deduction that may appear on the Member's account.
8.2 Minimum and Maximum Wagers: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all products on the Platform and are displayed at the time of placing a wager. wso38 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.
8.3 Obvious Errors: wso38 reserves the right to void any wager placed at odds or on terms that were clearly erroneous — for example, where a pricing error resulted in odds that do not reflect the true market. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Member's account.
8.4 Event Postponement and Cancellation: Where a sporting event is postponed or cancelled, wso38's rules on settlement shall apply as published for the relevant sport. In general, wagers on a postponed event will be void if the event does not commence within 24 hours of the originally scheduled start time.
8.5 Togel and Numbers Games: For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) and other numbers-based games, draw results are sourced from the official draw provider for each respective market (Singapore Pools, Hongkong Jockey Club, etc.). Results are final once published and wso38's settlement of these markets is binding.
Clause 09
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wso38 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one account, or operating an account on behalf of another person without written authorization from wso38.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform, place wagers, or exploit promotional offers.
- Engaging in arbitrage betting or any coordinated strategy designed to exploit pricing discrepancies across markets or platforms.
- Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit Platform features.
- Depositing or withdrawing funds in a manner consistent with money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes.
- Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by local law, using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to wso38, including during registration, KYC, or the dispute resolution process.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.
Clause 10
Intellectual Property
All content on the wso38 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game titles, text, graphics, and audiovisual elements — is the exclusive property of wso38 or is used under license from third-party rights holders. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any right, title, or interest in the Intellectual Property of wso38 or its licensors beyond the limited license to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of wso38. Unauthorized use of wso38's Intellectual Property may result in legal action.
Clause 11
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wso38 shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of winnings resulting from a technical fault or platform outage, where wso38 takes all reasonable steps to resolve the issue promptly.
- Loss or corruption of data arising from circumstances outside wso38's reasonable control.
- Unauthorized access to a Member's account resulting from the Member's failure to maintain adequate credential security.
- Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including bank system downtime or e-wallet service interruptions.
- Any decision made by wso38 in good faith to void a wager, suspend an account, or withhold funds during an ongoing investigation.
wso38's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Clause 12
Privacy & Data
wso38 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
wso38 will not sell your personal data to unauthorized third parties. Data is shared only with trusted service providers engaged for the purposes of platform operation, payment processing, KYC verification, and fraud prevention, and only to the extent necessary for those purposes. All data processing activities comply with internationally recognized data protection standards.
Clause 13
Amendments
wso38 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, wso38 will notify active Members by email to the address registered on their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven days' notice before the change takes effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any available balance prior to the effective date.
The current version of these Terms & Conditions is always available at https://wso38.cam/terms-conditions and supersedes all previous versions.
Clause 14
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wso38 holds its international operating license. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal dispute resolution process described in these terms, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction.
For the avoidance of doubt, wso38's services are directed at Indonesian residents who access the Platform on a personal, recreational basis and who acknowledge that online gambling regulations in Indonesia are subject to ongoing legislative development. Members are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction.
